Welcome to ade4's Shiny dashboard*

Ade4 (Analysis of Ecological Data : Exploratory and Euclidean Methods in Environmental Sciences) is an R package dedicated to statistical analysis of environmental data. It is developped at the Laboratoire de Biométrie et Biologie Évolutive (LBBE) in Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University. Learn more about ade4 here!

What to use this dashboard for:

This is a clickable interface to help you get started with data analysis using R and ade4.

  • Explore the dashboard using ade4 built-in datasets, or start analysing your own data.
  • Download the analysis results and the R script allowing you to reproduce it on your own.
  • Load the results back in and carry on with your analyses.
  • Create graphical outputs to display your results with the 'Visualisation' tab.

Currently implemented analyses (more to come soon !)

One-table analyses
  • Principal Component Analysis (PCA)
  • Correspondence Analysis (COA)
  • Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA)
One-table with groups
  • Between-Group Analysis (BGA)
  • Within-Group Analysis (WGA)
Two-table analyses
  • Coinertia Analysis (CA)
  • Principal Component Analysis with respect to Instrumental Variables (PCAIV)
Note that in case of problem using ade4shiny you can ask questions on the ade4 mailing list
